Warranty Claim Procedure:
Submit Your Claim
To begin, complete the claim form below. Please leave us as much detail as possible.
Review Period
Once we have received all necessary information and photos, we will start reviewing your claim. This typically takes between 1 to 4 weeks.
Claim Acknowledgment
After the review, we will send you an offer letter outlining the next steps.
Claim Settlement
Once we receive your signed acceptance of the offer, we will proceed with settling the claim.
Claim Closure
After the settlement is complete, we will officially close the claim.
